Our team completed site development to engineered specifications for the proposed molybdenum mine near Kitsault BC. The project involved hand falling, clearing & grubbing, loading and hauling organic matter with quantities in excess of 200,000 m³ in extremely sensitive environmental areas. The crew had to drill, blast and construct 4.5 km of coastal roadway to the proposed mine processing facility. Using the 165,000 m³ of rock for aggregate manufacturing with mobile crushing equipment, we provided several different types of spec materials for all components of the construction. Bear Creek handled the site development in preparation for camp facilities and plant site as well as the site water management with strict environmental monitoring.
During Avanti’s exploration stages between 2008-2011, BCG provided expediting, camp labor and first aid services.
