Bear Creek Contracting Ltd. performed a full reconstruction of 4700 Soucie Avenue for the City of Terrace in 2019. This project involved excavation, new road and sidewalk base and sub-base gravels, and preparation for paving. We performed road drainage improvements including piping, manholes, catch basins, storm service installation, installation of additional sanitary laterals, and sanitary main repairs. In the final stage of the project we performed boulevard restoration including topsoil, hydroseeding, gravel and concrete driveway restoration and asphalt driveway preparation.
